The Windy City, or Chicago, has long been a favorite destination for business and convention visitors, and is home to some of the nation’s most luxurious lodging, most notably in its bustling downtown region.

Every year a downtown Chicago, IL, hotel is voted the best luxury business hotel by various national business travel guides. For three consecutive years, Bastian was the guest of the one downtown Chicago hotel bestowed such an honor.  During each of those three-day trips, Lisa stayed in luxurious penthouse suites, interviewed the winning hotel's executives, and enjoyed top-notch hotel and city amenities. 

 

Bastian used her newly gained info and experiences to write numerous business travel and consumer travel stories for various national business travel and meetings industry publications.
